Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 0 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Deposit - If canceled within 3 days of arrival

No Charge - If canceled within 8 days of arrival


Terms and Conditions:

Luggage Storage: Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may be stored only during their stay and is limited to the period of the day of check-in to the day of check-out. Luggage must be claimed by the guest by 6:00pm on the day they check-out


Photo Identification: All guests are requested to provide a Government Approved Photo I.D. or Valid Passport upon arrival.


No Smoking Policy: Our property has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited on the property and the guest rooms. A mandatory $250 charge will be charged to the card on file for violators of this policy.


Personal Items: We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or destruction of personal property.


Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation made 8 days prior to reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellation less than or equal to 3 days prior to reservation date, the guest will be charged 50% of the deposit. Cancellation 0 days or less before the reservation date will be charged the full deposit. NO SHOWS will be charged for full amount of reservation. There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: bookings@casaazulbouitquehotel.com. All cancelations will be confirmed via email. 


Payment/Deposit Policy: A 30% deposit will be charged at booking, and the remainder of the balance is due at check-in. At check-in a credit card is to be stored on file and will be charged in real time for anything charged to the room such as amenities, laundry service, etc. Food & Beverage Services in the restaurant or pool bar area will be paid by the guest at time of service. 


Minimum Age Policy:  All guests MUST be 21 years or older to stay with us. 


ADA Policy:  Casa Azul is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities ACT (ADA). We have an accessible room within the hotel. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly. 


Room Cleaning Policy:  We offer room refreshes during your stay by request only.


Valet Parking Policy: Valet Parking has a cost of $10 per park. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. If a problem occurs with a vehicle in the hotel car lot, the hotel cannot accept any liability with the vehicle. If a guest is staying with us, and they need access to their car outside valet hours, their keys will be held at the front desk until the valet opens the next day. And the front desk attendant will retrieve the vehicle.


Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at the hotel. 


Damage to hotel property: Hotel property may be visually inspected by our staff and if so determined, guests may be charged for the repair and/or replacement of damaged or missing equipment, furniture and/or artwork that occurred during their stay to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel property or structure.


Inappropriate Behavior: It is the hotel’s policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by our manager on duty, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the manager on duty, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions. The police may become involved at the hotel, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.


Filming and Photoshoot Policy: Commercial Photography and Video shoot is not permitted at Casa Azul Boutique Hotel without the express written permission from the owners. Casa Azul Boutique Hotel does allow its hotel property to be used for professional or commercial photography or videography (including but not limited to Wedding, Engagement, Corporate, Portraits, Advertising Photography, and Model/ Fashion shoots, Instagram, TikTok, Only Fans, Music Videos) unless there is a total booking of the property. If you book a suite at our property, this does not mean that the room is a private location for your photography or videography. Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their own personal use and must be taken with a phone or hand-held camera (Non-Professional Equipment). Camera or Video equipment that could potentially impede foot traffic such as tripods, monopods, lighting setups, large reflectors, and staging shots are expressly forbidden. Any unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not guests of the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately. Casa Azul Boutique Hotel has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and/or video of the hotel and related property.  We DO encourage our guests to take photos of themselves for their own personal use and social media. Please consider adding the location Casa Azul Boutique Hotel, using the hashtag #fabulouslyyours, and tagging us on social media using @casaazulboutiquehotel.


Guest's Belongings: Guest room doors locks automatically for safety. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft.


Pool Policies: The Pool area is open daily 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests must swim at their own risk. Guests staying at hotel may use the swimming pool area free of charge. Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after leaving the pool.  Food and Beverages from outside the Hotel is not allowed in the Pool area. No glassware is permitted in the pool area. Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any injury.  Diving is strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.Hotel or management are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
